We believe in clear communication, professional service, and transparent project terms. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, revisions, and refunds are handled for our creative design services.
Our Approach
At Lemrabet LLC , our services are created specifically for each client. Logo designs, posters, flyers, branding materials and custom projects require creative work, planning, production time and professional expertise.
For this reason, refund requests are evaluated according to the stage of the project, the work already completed, the agreed scope and any costs already incurred.
Payments & Deposits
A payment or deposit may be required before a design project begins. This payment allows us to reserve production time and begin the creative process.
Once work has started, the payment may become non-refundable to the extent that it covers work already performed or resources already committed.
Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before any meaningful creative work has started, we may review the request for a refund.
Any refund consideration may take into account administrative preparation, payment processing fees and other costs already incurred.
Once Design Work Starts
Because design services are custom and involve dedicated creative time, refunds are generally not available for work that has already been completed.

Logo Design
Logo projects involve concept development, typography, composition and visual identity work.
Once logo concepts or design work have been created, payments relating to that completed work are generally not refundable.
Poster & Flyer Design
Poster and flyer projects are created according to the client's brief and requested format.
Once a design has been created, reviewed or approved, a change of preference does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Custom Projects
Custom projects may involve unique requirements, additional research, creative direction or multiple design elements.
Refund conditions for Custom projects may be defined separately in the project quotation or written agreement.
Revisions & Design Changes
We want our clients to be satisfied with the final result. Reasonable revisions included in the agreed service scope will be used to refine the design.
A revision means adjusting the existing design according to the original project brief. A completely new concept, a major change in direction, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Client Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started, Lemrabet LLC may retain payment corresponding to the work already completed and resources already committed.
Any remaining unused amount may be reviewed according to the project agreement.
Final Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing names, text, contact information, dates, prices, images and other content before approving the final design.
Once the final design has been approved and delivered, refunds are generally not available for changes in preference or information supplied by the client.
Third-Party Costs
Certain projects may require third-party resources, licensed assets, fonts, stock images, printing, software or other external services.
Costs already paid to third parties on behalf of a project may be non-refundable.
Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your project details and reason for the request.
Each request will be reviewed individually based on the project status and applicable agreement.
Policy & Agreements
This Refund Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Pricing Plans and any project quotation or written agreement provided to the client.
Where a specific written agreement contains different terms, the applicable project agreement may govern that project.
Refund Summary
Our objective is to handle every request fairly and professionally while protecting the time and creative resources invested in each project.

Cancellation before meaningful work begins, duplicate payments, or other circumstances specifically agreed in writing.
Generally Not Refundable
Completed design work, approved deliverables, completed revisions, third-party costs and projects cancelled after production has begun.
