Project Scope
Each project is based on the description, quotation or creative brief agreed with the client.
Deliverables, formats, quantities and included revisions may vary depending on the selected service and project requirements.
Pricing & Quotes
Published prices on our website represent the available service prices at the time of publication.
Custom projects may receive an individual quotation based on the scope, complexity and requirements of the project.
A specific written quotation may take priority over a general website price when applicable.
Payment Terms
Payment requirements will be communicated before work begins.
- Payments must be made using an accepted payment method.
- Work may begin after the required payment is received.
- Final files may be withheld until the project balance is fully paid.

Our Design Services
Our standard creative services include the following categories. The exact deliverables depend on the project quotation or selected package.
Revisions
Revisions are intended to refine an existing design according to the original project direction.
The number of included revisions depends on the selected service or project agreement.
A completely new concept, a major change in direction or a request outside the agreed scope may be considered additional work.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for the project.

Client-Supplied Content
The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, images, photographs, text, trademarks or other materials supplied to us.
The client remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of materials they provide.
Project Timeline
Estimated delivery times depend on the complexity of the project and the client's cooperation.
Delays in receiving content, feedback or approval may affect the estimated project completion date.
Approval & Final Delivery
The client is responsible for reviewing the final design before approving it.
Once a design is approved, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work.
Final files are delivered in the formats agreed for the project.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Intellectual property is an important part of every design project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights are handled according to the following principles.
- Final approved designs are transferred or licensed according to the applicable project agreement.
- Transfer of rights may be conditional upon full payment of the project.
- Unused concepts, rejected designs and preliminary drafts remain the property of the designer unless otherwise agreed.
- Source/editable files are not automatically included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
- Third-party assets may remain subject to their respective licenses and usage restrictions.
Where full ownership of the final deliverables is included in the project agreement, the applicable rights transfer occurs after the agreed fees have been paid in full.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, Lemrabet LLC may display completed work as part of its professional portfolio, website or promotional materials.
Confidential or unreleased projects will be handled according to the specific agreement with the client.
Cancellation
A client may request cancellation of a project before completion.
If work has already started, the client may be responsible for payment relating to work completed and costs already incurred.
Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy and any applicable project agreement.
Third-Party Materials
Projects may sometimes use fonts, stock images, icons, mockups or other third-party resources.
Such resources may be subject to separate licenses, fees or usage restrictions.
Any significant third-party purchase required for a project may be communicated to the client before purchase.
Quality & Creative Direction
We aim to provide professional and carefully prepared design work based on the agreed creative brief.
Design is inherently subjective. Differences in personal taste do not automatically constitute a defect or failure to provide the agreed service.
Website Use
The content of the Lemrabet LLC website, including text, graphics, visual elements and original materials, is intended for informational and business purposes.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed or commercially reused without appropriate authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Lemrabet LLC will provide services with reasonable professional care. However, we are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information, unauthorized use of client materials, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any limitation of liability remains subject to applicable mandatory laws and regulations.
Confidentiality
Information shared by the client that is reasonably understood to be confidential will be treated with appropriate care.
Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in a separate written agreement when required.
Changes to These Terms
Lemrabet LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices or applicable requirements.
The version applicable to a project may depend on the terms accepted at the time the project was commissioned.
Agreement & Acceptance
By ordering or approving a service, the client confirms that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with the applicable project terms.
A project quotation, written agreement or specific project terms may contain additional conditions applicable to that project.
